has
a
healthy
respect
for
our
computer
systems.
Determined
to
guarantee
you
little
to
no
"down
time,"
we've
structured
our
systems
architecture
in
anticipation
of
all
that
could
potentially
go
wrong.

We
have
multiple,
redundant,
NCR
multi-processor
transaction
processing
systems
located
at
two
physically
separate
processing
sites.
The
two
data
centers
are
connected
via
a
WAN.
Both
data
centers
are
battery
equipped
with
full
generator
support
for
prolonged
outages. |

Our
primary
system
and
the
secondary
(back-up)
system
are
located
in
our
primary
processing
site.
We
also
have
a
tertiary
(additional
back-up)
system
located
at
our
secondary
site.
All
three
systems
are
synchronized
at
various
intervals
throughout
the
day.
We
test
our
back-up
systems
bi-weekly. |
Due
to
our
carefully
constructed
architecture,
PDM
has
only
experienced
approximately
two
hours
of
down
time
in
the
past
three
years.
