All of our digital computer links maintain a secure environment when communicating with you. The most common (and most cost-effective) digital link is the Virtual Private Network (VPN) over the Internet. The VPN provides an encrypted tunnel through the Internet between you and PDM. PDM also mandates that no personal member data may be transmitted via un-secure methods (i.e. e-mail). We also require that all data is password protected, with the password needing changed every 60 days. Inactive accounts expire in 30 days. Security Keys• PDM
