The PDMI Payer Template identifies the NCPDP Version 5.1 specifications for claims transmissions through Pharmacy Data Management, Inc. This document should be used to set up specifications in the Provider's/Switch‘s software to ensure the correct segments and fields are transmitted for claims processing.
