Please provide the following info when setting up testing with PDMI:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact E-mail Address
- Tax ID for ISA Segment or other user defined identifier.
PDM will respond within 24 hours to provide a testing time and date.
